When you submit our Project Information Form, or otherwise contact us by phone or email, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, property address, project details and budget, and any photos or plans you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to review your enquiry, assess whether your project is likely to be a good fit for Egan Building Co., and to contact you about next steps — including arranging a site consultation where relevant. We don't use it for any other purpose.

How it's stored and who sees it

Information submitted through this website is received directly by Egan Building Co. and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It's accessed only by the people at Egan Building Co. directly involved in reviewing and progressing your enquiry, and by the trusted service providers that operate this website's hosting and form infrastructure, solely to deliver your enquiry to us.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of that project and any period required by law afterwards. If your enquiry doesn't proceed, you're welcome to ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party advertising. If that changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing craig@eganbuildingco.com.au.
