Based in Scone. Building throughout Hunter New England.
Egan Building Co. is based in Scone, in the Upper Hunter, and undertakes select renovation and extension projects throughout the Hunter New England region — including Maitland, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley — and we're prepared to travel for the right project.
We're not trying to service every suburb across a huge geographic area with the same intensity. Egan Building Co. remains an owner-led business undertaking a limited number of projects at a time — the region we cover reflects where we're prepared to take on the right character-home renovation or extension, not a promise of a permanent presence in every town listed here.
