Egan Building Co. is a specialised design and construct builder. Rather than simply working alongside your architect or building designer, we can look after the whole project ourselves — design, planning and approvals, as well as construction — so you're dealing with one team throughout, not juggling several.
If you already have an architect or building designer you'd like to keep working with, that's not a problem — we're just as comfortable collaborating with your existing team as we are managing the whole process in-house.
