Craig has spent over 25 years on the tools and on site — practical residential construction experience that shapes how Egan Building Co. runs every project. He remains directly involved from the first site visit through to the final handover, rather than stepping back once construction starts.
That hands-on involvement means decisions get made faster, problems get solved on site rather than passed up a chain, and clients always know who to call.
Craig works closely with a trusted group of trades and consultants built up over years of residential projects across the Hunter — relationships that matter when a project needs to move smoothly from documentation through to completion.
Throughout your project, Craig acts as your representative — dealing directly with consultants and authorities on your behalf, so you're not left managing that coordination yourself.
